Marielis Rivera has been practicing personal injury law for over ten years. She spent the first eight years of her legal career working for large law firms that represent insurance companies in car accident cases, slips and falls, and other types of injury cases. She has litigated countless cases and has handled hundreds of claims in Florida’s Federal and State Courts. Now, Marielis represents accident victims as she utilizes the insights she gained during the hundreds of hours she spent evaluating medical records, analyzing jury verdict results, and valuing personal injury claims, to zealously represent her injured clients. Marielis’ goal is to maximize each client’s recovery while communicating regularly with each individual about the progress of their claim.
Marielis’ mission is to provide prompt, efficient personal attention and aggressive representation to every individual she serves. Marielis gives back to her community by serving as a guardian ad litem for several foster children. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Voices for Children, which provides funding to the guardian ad litem program. She was born in Bayamon, Puerto Rico and she speaks Spanish fluently.
